Chapter Transition & Management Kit

In 2013, the ONS Board of Directors’ approved the new universal Chapter Membership Model. To assist all chapters with a smooth and successful transition, ONS has developed the Chapter Transition & Management Kit. The online version is available below. The kit includes detailed FAQs on the new model, tips for how key chapter officers can respond to their changing roles, and suggested tools for communicating with your members.

Starting a New ONS Chapter

Interested in starting a new ONS chapter?  The precursor to forming an ONS Chapter is starting a 'CHIP' (Chapter In Progress).  First, read through the 'CHIP Guidelines' below, the Application for CHIP Status, then check-out the 'Getting Started' powerpoint presentation:
